Amazon AWS – Arc flash study for the new data center in Varennes
The project consists of producing a short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc flash study for a project to develop a new data center. The study covers all medium and low voltage equipment as well as emergency generators. Several scenarios had to be evaluated in order to determine the worst case incident energy for each electrical equipment.
CIUSSS – Expansion of the Verdun hospital
The project consists of final BIM coordination before work is carried out to ensure that the electrical design is well coordinated with all other disciplines involved. Validation of the modification of the lightning protection system was also part of the mandate.
UQAM – Addition and replacement of electric boilers
The project consists of replacing two natural gas boilers with new electric boilers at the J.-A. DeSève and Biological Sciences campus at the University of Quebec in Montreal. The capacity of existing installations was evaluated in order to accommodate the increase in power required by these new boilers.
Irénée-Lussier School – Protective device coordination and arc flash study
The project consists of an arc flash study and protective device coordination with the distributor Hydro-Québec, for a project to renovate part of the school.
Montreal City Hall – Protective device coordination and arc flash study
The project consists of producing a short circuit, protective device coordination and arc flash study for a project which consists of replacing and adding electrical feeders at Montreal city hall.

City of Montreal – Replacement of lighting fixtures in the aquatic center
The project involves replacing interior lighting fixtures with LED lighting. Particular attention had to be paid to existing installations to allow the installation of new lighting fixtures.
City of Montreal – Replacement of lighting fixtures on sports fields
The project consists of replacing HID lighting fixtures with LED lighting for the soccer, football, volleyball fields and the ice rink at Pie XII Park, Ferland and the Martin Brodeur complex in the St-Léonard borough.
Royalmount – Coordination study, plans and technical specifications for 25 kV underground installations
The project consists of producing plans and technical specifications for a portion of the underground installation of the 25 kV network as well as the protective device coordination study with Hydro-Québec.
Cadillac Fairview – Protective device coordination and arc flash study at Place St-Bruno
The project consists of producing a short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc flash study for different electrical rooms of the shopping center site in St-Bruno.
Starbucks – Renovation in Pierrefond

The project consists of producing electrical plans and technical specifications in coordination with architecture and mechanical disciplines for the construction of a new 75,000 square feet industrial facility. The Hydro-Québec and client protective device coordination studies were part of the mandate.
Groupe Iberville – Conceptual study for the construction of a new main electrical room
The project consists of producing a conceptual study report in order to validate the feasibility of installing a new electrical room in the existing building. Coordination with architecture and structure was required to produce the report and construction cost estimate.
